Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cooking spray or oil for the pan
Instructions:
Put the eggs, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender
Add the ripe banana and blend until smooth
Mix the ingredients together until they are smooth
Put a nonstick griddle or skillet over medium-low heat and lightly coat it with oil or cooking spray
Place little dollops of the pancake batter on the griddle to make pancakes of any size you like
Cook them for two to three minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and golden brown
Put the healthy banana pancakes on the table hot and top them with fresh fruit, yogurt, or maple syrup
