Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, ripe
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- Optional toppings: salsa, hot sauce, sliced jalapenos
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper with olive oil in a bowl
Toss the shrimp until they are well covered
Put shrimp that has been seasoned on skewers
Grill the shrimp skewers for two to three minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and pink
Make the avocado crema at the same time: Put avocado, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, and salt to taste into a blender
Mix until its creamy and smooth
Put tortillas on the grill and heat them up for 30 seconds on each side
Put some shrimp on each tortilla to make tacos
Add avocado crema, diced red onion, tomato, shredded lettuce, and any other toppings you want
Serve right away and enjoy
