These healthy slow cooker freezer meals are perfect for busy days when you need a nutritious dinner ready to go. With just a little prep work, you can have six delicious meals waiting for you in the freezer, ready to be cooked in the slow cooker for a hassle-free dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 1 lb pork chops
  • Assorted vegetables such as carrots, bell peppers, onions
  • Assorted spices and seasonings such as garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning
  • Chicken broth or beef broth

Instructions:

For each meal, label a gallon-sized freezer bag with the name of the recipe and cooking instructions

Divide the protein and vegetables evenly among the bags

Season each bag with desired spices and seasonings, then pour in enough broth to cover the ingredients

Remove excess air from the bags, seal tightly, and lay flat to freeze

When ready to cook, thaw the meal overnight in the refrigerator

Dump the contents of the bag into a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender and cooked through

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to 350 F 175C and put paper liners in a muffin tin

Almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt should all be mixed together in a large bowl

With a whisk, mix the eggs, sugar-free maple syrup, and plain applesauce in a different bowl

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and stir them together until everything is well mixed

Shred the carrots and zucchini and mix them in with the chopped walnuts and raisins

Fill up each muffin tin cup about two thirds of the way to the top with batter

Put muffins in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean

First, let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes

Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely
