Ingredients:
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup mixed nuts almonds, walnuts, pecans
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Put dates, mixed nuts, cranberries, raisins, coconut, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a food processor and blend them all together
Pulse the ingredients together until they are small pieces that stick together
Vanilla extract, maple syrup, and almond butter should be added
Pulse again until everything is well mixed
Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and use your hands to shape it into balls
Do it again with the rest of the mixture
Put the balls on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
To make them firm, put the sheet in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
When its firm, take it out of the fridge and put it in a container that wont let air in until youre ready to serve
