Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 lb pork chops
- Assorted vegetables such as carrots, bell peppers, onions
- Assorted spices and seasonings such as garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning
- Chicken broth or beef broth
Instructions:
For each meal, label a gallon-sized freezer bag with the name of the recipe and cooking instructions
Divide the protein and vegetables evenly among the bags
Season each bag with desired spices and seasonings, then pour in enough broth to cover the ingredients
Remove excess air from the bags, seal tightly, and lay flat to freeze
