This homemade ginger salad dressing is bursting with flavor and perfect for drizzling over your favorite salads. Its gluten-free and easy to make
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix the honey, rice vinegar, gluten-free soy sauce, and olive oil in a small bowl with a whisk until everything is well mixed
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the dressing and whisk it in again until its all mixed in
Add pepper and salt to taste
Put the dressing in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so that the flavors can mix
