These Slow Cooker Beef and Beer Sliders are packed with flavor from the tender beef cooked low and slow with beer and aromatic spices. Perfect for a casual gathering or game day snack
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, trimmed and cut into chunks
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beer
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns, for serving
- Cheese slices optional
- Pickles optional
Instructions:
Place beef chunks, sliced onion, and minced garlic in the slow cooker
In a bowl, mix together beer, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper
Pour over the beef in the slow cooker
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender and falls apart easily
Using two forks, shred the beef in the slow cooker and mix well with the cooking liquid
Toast slider buns if desired
Assemble sliders by placing a generous amount of shredded beef onto each bun
Top with cheese slices and pickles if desired
Serve hot and enjoy
