These fudgy vanilla brownies, which are also called Texas sheet cake, are very rich and delicious. With their soft and moist texture, these brownies are great for whenever you want something sweet.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Put sugar, butter, water, and cocoa powder in a saucepan
Bring to a boil, then take it off the heat
Put flour and salt in a large bowl and mix them together
When you pour the cocoa mix over the flour mix, stir it in well
Put in the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract
Mix until its smooth
Put the batter into a 15x10x1-inch baking pan that has been greased
Put it in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Let it cool down before you cut it into squares
