Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ rub
- 1 cup of hickory wood chips, soaked in water
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
For extra creepiness, heat your smoker to 225F 107C with hickory wood chips
Take the membrane off of the back of the ribs and use paper towels to dry them
Apply a lot of BBQ rub to the ribs, making sure it covers all of them
Put the ribs in the smoker and cook them at a steady temperature for three hours
Add apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a saucepan and mix them together
Set this aside while you smoke the ribs
Slowly cook it over low heat until it gets thicker
Use the scary BBQ sauce to baste the ribs every 30 minutes for another two hours after three hours
Make sure the ribs are done by making sure they have a nice bark and the meat has pulled away from the bones
After taking the ribs out of the smoker, let them rest for 10 minutes
Then, cut them in half along the bones
Add extra scary BBQ sauce to the side and serve these ribs with it
Watch as your guests are both scared and happy by the taste that tastes like a ghost
