  • 2 racks of baby back ribs

Instructions:

For extra creepiness, heat your smoker to 225F 107C with hickory wood chips

Take the membrane off of the back of the ribs and use paper towels to dry them

Apply a lot of BBQ rub to the ribs, making sure it covers all of them

Put the ribs in the smoker and cook them at a steady temperature for three hours

Add apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a saucepan and mix them together

Set this aside while you smoke the ribs

Slowly cook it over low heat until it gets thicker

Use the scary BBQ sauce to baste the ribs every 30 minutes for another two hours after three hours

Make sure the ribs are done by making sure they have a nice bark and the meat has pulled away from the bones

After putting the baking sheet in the oven, bake it for ten to twelve minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted

Take the chicken out of the slow cooker about 30 minutes before serving and shred it with two forks

Put the chicken shreds back into the slow cooker

To the chili, add chopped fresh cilantro and frozen corn kernels

Add salt and pepper to taste and stir everything together

Place a lid on top and cook for another 30 minutes
